The location is great and easily accessible from Piazza xx Settembre, while the rooms are contemporary and amazing, providing fantastic views through the large windows.

Fairly clean and nicely decorated hotel, favourable and lovely location up in to the mountains. Great views of mountain and sumptuous breakfasts with ordering eggs and nice view, as example. Location adjacent to town centre, easy walking distance to restaurants, and city center.

The location is great and excellent and they have parking on-site. And it's at a medium distance from downtown.

The hotel was truly a wonderful stay of 8 nights. the location near Sulmona cathedral was great. - the staff was nice and pleasant, providing advice and suggestions.

My stay at Hotel Ovidius was wonderful! The location was perfect, situated on the north side of town, providing a convenient and quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The best part was the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from my room. I also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and always available to help. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The hotel facilities, including the sauna, Turkish bath, and parking, were all free and added to the overall experience. The breakfast had a wide variety of options for both sweet and savory preferences. The location was perfect, close to the city center and other places I visited in Italy.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Abruzzo. It is close to the train station which is very handy for getting around. The views from the spa are breathtaking, especially the mountain views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous, with a variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom could use some maintenance as it shows signs of wear and tear.

our recent stay in sulmona was made even better thanks to ovidius. the friendly staff, stunning views, and excellent dining experience exceeded our expectations. the spa was also a lovely addition, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. ovidius is truly a gem in the heart of sulmona.

Noisy room on second floor.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location on the edge of town was perfect, allowing us easy access to the historic center of Sulmona. The staff was very helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the attached car park was very convenient for us.

I loved how this hotel was located in a prime spot close to all historic sights of the city, and yet it was very quiet in the night. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was beyond amazing. Additionally, the hotel offered great facilities like parking and transportation to explore nearby mountains.

Despite this, it was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and other attractions. We loved the views from our room up towards the mountains and the closed area that the hotel was located in. the room was well-appointed, with a clean and modern bathroom. Service was top-notch, with staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of hot and cold foods to choose from.

Sadly, one aspect of the hotel didn't quite live up to our expectations.
